Job Description:
1. Responsible for receiving orders from customers and reviewing relevant information;
2. Responsible for arranging loading, port collection, and destination port delivery to the fleet;
3. Responsible for producing insurance documents for container/LCL cargo;
4. Responsible for coordinating the entry and exit of container storage goods;
5. Responsible for the full process tracking of orders and goods;
6. Responsible for coordinating and handling various unexpected and unexpected situations throughout the entire process;
7. Responsible for cost control and registration in specific business operations, as well as account verification and collection;
8. Actively cooperate with other departments such as finance and sales, and communicate promptly when problems are discovered;
9. Responsible for providing feedback on relevant operational information to relevant departments;
10. Assist sales in maintaining existing customers;
11. Responsible for the specific work arrangements of customs declaration and clearance, cargo loading and unloading at the port, overseas inland transportation, cargo escort, and on-site receipt of goods during export operations.
Qualification:
1. College degree or above, major in International Trade or International Logistics, industry experience is preferred, and outstanding fresh graduates are also eligible;
2. Work diligently, steadfastly, and with a sense of responsibility;
3. Possess the ability to work under pressure under high intensity, with clear and agile thinking, outstanding coordination and problem-solving skills, and strong language communication skills;
4. Have a good foundation in using Office software, and have a certain level of foreign language reading and writing processing ability, with no barriers to oral communication.
